Lucy Suarez, MD, FAAP
Dr. Lucy Suarez is the newest member of Chevy Chase Pediatrics, joining in Fall 2024. She cares for children from birth through college and has a special interest in adolescents. Her love of pediatrics was born from her lifelong desire to practice preventative medicine, guiding parents along the way.

Dr. Suarez grew up in Bethesda and attended Walt Whitman High School (Go Vikings!). She earned her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience and Philosophy at Columbia University. In her time between college and medical school, she was a clinical researcher studying drug-resistant HIV at the National Institutes of Health.
